Fellowship Groups

Greeters
Every Sunday morning it is the job of this group to welcome people to worship and help visitors with questions and directions.

Bowling Team
Enjoy bowling and fellowship in a weekly Monday night church league.

Men's Breakfast Group
Meets on the last Tuesday of the month at 8:30 a.m. at Argento's Restaurant (across from the church) for breakfast and fellowship.

LCPC Men's Group
A small group for men of the church to learn about our faith and spiritual lives, participate in service opportunities, support one another, pray for others and one another, and enjoy recreational activities.

Potluck Groups
Groups of eight people get together once a month to share dinner and fellowship in homes. Groups are rearranged every three months.

Take-A-Hikers
A group that loves the outdoors. We meet monthly and car-pool to the chosen hike location. Hikes last up to a maximum of three hours. Normally meets on the second Sunday afternoon at 1:30 pm in the church parking lot to car-pool.

Presbyterian Women
The purpose of Presbyterian Women is to nurture our faith through prayer and Bible Study, support the mission of the church worldwide, work for justice and peace, and to build an inclusive, caring community of women that strengthens the Presbyterian Church (U.S.A.) and witnesses to the promise of God's Kingdom.

The group is organized into smaller groups called circles, that meet monthly for Bible study, fellowship and other activities. Following are the names of the circles:


Red Hat Society
Friendship for women over 50. Women gathering together to discover that fun really does begin at 50!

Bridge/Card Group
A time of Fellowship and playing cards.

Peace and Justice Group
A group that is exploring peace and justice issues from a mainline-Christian tradition. Meets on a Monday evening once a month.

Property Ministry
This ministry is established by the Session. It oversees the buildings and grounds of the church. It makes recommendation to the Session on such issues as maintenance, repairs, capital projects.

Stewardship Ministry
This ministry is established by the Session. It develops and implements the annual pledge campaign, and tries to get people connected with the church through small groups. It makes recommendations to the Session on these issues. Meets the first Tuesday of the month,  7:00-8:00 p.m. and as needed.
